PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

 

Choreographer and theater director, recognized because of his renovated vision of the scenic arts and his constant work on the fusion of diverse expression in an artistic fact. His works have obtained an important repercussion of public and specialized critic as well. Yamil Ostrovsky is Director since 1997 of Compañia dY/O and has investigated and deepened on the physical theater.

 

Assistant of the Ballet del Teatro Colón during 2005 – 2006, directed for Oscar Araiz. Plays: "Romeo and Julieta", "Stravinsky Program" and recently released "Borodin" with Iñaki Urlezaga. Working with Oscar Araiz, on the other hand, he has been presented as interpreter and assistant in “Bolero” with also the Master Lalo Schifrin at the Luna Park and for the Ballet de Bolsillo in Rosario, Jujuy and Tucumán.
